Summary

This own-initiative report covers protection of the EU's financial interests and combating fraud, annual report 2018. The amendments address shared management of the EU budget, the Financial Regulation, reporting of fraudulent and non-fraudulent irregularities, corruption as a cross-border crime, VAT-based own resources, the roles of OLAF, EPPO and the Court of Auditors, the Irregularity Management System, misuse of structural and cohesion funds, and transparency and final-beneficiary data for CAP.
