Summary

Report amending Parliament's Rules of Procedure to ensure its functioning in extraordinary circumstances. The amendments add references to Parliament's roles in the Treaties, the rule of law, and the rights of persons with disabilities, and insert a new Title and Rule on extraordinary measures for situations where Parliament is hindered from carrying out its duties, recalling the temporary measures adopted during the Covid-19 sanitary crisis.
