This own-initiative report concerns promoting regional stability and security in the broader Middle East region. Amendments describe the region between the Mediterranean Sea and the Persian Gulf, conflicts in Yemen, Syria, Libya, Iraq and Lebanon, the roles of the US, Russia, Iran, Turkey and NATO, and the Abraham Accords. They address terrorism, the Israeli-Palestinian question, EU mediation, and differing Member State strategies.
