Sustainable corporate governance
This own-initiative report concerns sustainable corporate governance. Amendments debate global value and supply chains, transparency, due diligence and a level playing field, with some stressing it is for states to safeguard human rights and warning against administrative burdens and short-term shareholder focus, others citing the COVID-19 crisis exposing supply-chain vulnerabilities and noting few companies publicly list their suppliers.
