Centralised system for the identification of Member States holding conviction information on third-country nationals and stateless persons (ECRIS-TCN)
This dossier concerns the centralised ECRIS-TCN system identifying Member States holding conviction information on third-country nationals and stateless persons. Amendments, several of them deletions, link the system to the Screening Regulation and interoperability between EU information systems, providing for consultation of ECRIS-TCN and the Common Identity Repository to assess internal-security threats and flagging convictions for terrorist or serious offences. One amendment rejects the proposal.

Plenary votes
2 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
