Statute and funding of European political parties and European political foundations
A regulation on the statute and funding of European political parties and European political foundations. Amendments address the role of the Authority, registration and the values in Article 2 TEU, rules on donations, contributions, association fees and indirect funding (with identification thresholds), the prohibition on funding national parties or candidates, political advertising disclosure, and a common repository for transparency.
