Summary

This own-initiative dossier is a recommendation on relations with the Palestinian Authority. The amendments revise references and recitals on the two-state solution for Israel and Palestine, the 1967 borders and Jerusalem, Palestinian self-determination under the UN Charter, the situation of the Palestinian Authority, Fatah, Hamas and President Abbas, the ICC investigation, and resumption of peace talks.
