Labelling of organic pet food
Legislative proposal on the labelling of organic pet food. Amendments tie the pet-food sector to the European Green Deal and the Common Agricultural Policy, build on Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production and labelling, set specific labelling requirements and use of the EU organic production logo, exclude products from hunting or fishing of wild animals, and provide a deferred date of application.
