Summary

The dossier concerns industrial property and the protection of Community design. Amendments address the review of the EU design-protection system, designs not embodied in physical products, artificial intelligence and 3D printing, features dictated solely by technical function, registered and unregistered EU designs and terms of protection, the repair of complex products, fees and SMEs and individual designers, the EUIPO and national and Benelux offices, customs enforcement and delegated acts.
