Summary

This dossier is the resolution on protecting the EU's financial interests and combating fraud, annual report 2021. The amendments address the rule-of-law conditionality regime for the Union budget, the European Public Prosecutor's Office and OLAF, the Recovery and Resilience Facility and the NextGenerationEU plan, organised crime and oligarchic structures, data digitalisation and reporting tools including Arachne, and high-level corruption.
