Digital labelling of EU fertilising products
Legislative proposal on digital labelling of EU fertilising products, amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1009. The amendments rework recitals and provisions on the benefits and challenges of digital labels, the choice left to economic operators, the minimum information to remain on physical labels or leaflets, protection of vulnerable groups and persons with disabilities, free access and availability until the expiry date, the safety data sheet, and delegated acts under Article 290 TFEU.
