Summary

This dossier amends certain 'Breakfast' Directives on foodstuffs for human consumption, covering fruit juices and nectars, honey, jams and similar products, and milk. The amendments add country-of-origin labelling for the fruit (and sugar) used, regulate 'no added sugars' and similar statements, propose defining vegetable products and honey, and reference WHO guidance on sugar intake and food marketing to children.
