Summary

A regulation modernising the key information document for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs). Amendments address financial literacy and the Capital Markets Union, the scope including non-equity securities and immediate annuities, use of electronic and digital formats, comparison tools, the stand-alone key information document and its length, prescribed growth rates, and regulatory technical standards.
