Summary

This dossier concerns payment services in the internal market. The amendments address cash provision by merchants, technical services and pass-through wallets, the definition of funds (including electronic-money tokens and asset-referenced tokens under the crypto-assets Regulation), payer permission and consent, spending limits, surcharging, currency conversion charges and ATM fees, verification of payee name against unique identifier, open banking access via interfaces, and EBA technical standards.
