This dossier concerns use of the Internal Market Information System and the Single Digital Gateway for certain requirements under the Directive on European cross-border associations. Amendments extend the single digital gateway to legal persons other than businesses, add feedback-tool reporting of time spent on procedures, require anonymised publication of feedback and statistics, list information areas on starting, running and closing such legal persons, and set Commission review reporting.
