Summary

The dossier reviews implementation of the Creative Europe Programme 2021-2027. The amendments address its budget and Culture and Media strands, support for individual creators (artists, authors, performers), cross-border mobility (Culture Moves Europe), inclusion, gender balance and greening, complex application and reporting procedures, the EACEA, Creative Europe desks, the Seal of Excellence, literary translation, the European Capital of Culture, the COVID-19 pandemic's impact, and digital technologies including AI.
