Summary

The dossier concerns the role of tax policy in times of crisis. The amendments discuss the EU budget's stabilising function and own resources, corporate tax avoidance, taxation of capital gains and wealth, an excess or windfall profit tax and a solidarity contribution, green taxes, redistribution to fight inequality and poverty, and crises including the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
