Summary

A resolution on Frontex building on the fact-finding investigation of the LIBE Working Group for Frontex Scrutiny. The amendments address the European Border and Coast Guard Agency's role, fundamental rights protection of asylum seekers and migrants and alleged push-backs, the OLAF investigations and the Fundamental Rights Office, the growth of the Agency's budget and mandate, status agreements with third countries, and cooperation in the EU's neighbourhood.
