Summary

A decision amending Parliament's Rules of Procedure implementing the 'Parliament 2024' reform. The amendments revise rules on requesting Commission proposals under Article 225 TFEU, referral of legally binding acts and questions of competence, opinions from the committees for legal affairs and budgetary issues, challenges to the President's referrals, the Conference of Presidents and Conference of Committee Chairs, appointment of rapporteurs, meetings away from the usual workplace, and a revision timetable.
