Summary

The dossier amends the EP Rules of Procedure regarding training on preventing conflict and harassment in the workplace and on good office management. Amendments concern signing the declaration committing to the Code of Conduct as a condition for holding office or being appointed rapporteur, the Conference of Presidents' power to end terms of office, terminating a rapporteur's office for serious misconduct, and the President's decisions on harassment.
