Summary

This procedure legislates on the Connecting Europe Facility for 2028 to 2034, funding transport and energy infrastructure. The amendments stress cross-border links, add funds for dual-use and military mobility citing Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, and push rail, high-speed rail, completion of trans-European transport network (TEN-T) sections, outermost regions, energy grids, nuclear energy, alternative fuels and technological neutrality.
