An own-initiative report on governance and partnership at national, regional and project level in regional policy. Amendments work through recitals on good governance and the 'partnership' principle in the Structural Fund Regulation, the involvement of regional and local authorities, civil society and the non-profit sector, public services, transparency, the absorption of Structural and Cohesion Funds, public-private partnerships, the LEADER method and global grant, and the coordination of Community funds.
