Summary
The dossier concerns external actions and the financing instrument for development cooperation. Amendments, referencing Article 209(1) TFEU, replace recitals and articles of Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006 to empower the Commission to adopt delegated acts under Article 290 TFEU for strategy papers and indicative programmes, set out the exercise, revocation and objection procedures for that delegation, and amend monitoring, review and annual reporting to the European Parliament and Council.
