European satellite navigation systems: implementation and exploitation 2014-2020

This dossier concerns the implementation and exploitation of the European satellite navigation systems for 2014-2020. Amendments address the Galileo and EGNOS programmes, their civilian control and EU ownership, strategic autonomy, the Public Regulated Service and its dual-use and defence aspects, and security governance including Joint Action 2004/552/CFSP. Others cover Union financing, public procurement, agreements with third countries, the role of the European Parliament, and deployment indicators and targets.
