Summary

A consent procedure on the accession of Morocco to the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The single amendment provides that the Member States of the European Union deposit, simultaneously and within a set deadline, a declaration accepting Morocco's accession to the Convention in the interest of the European Union.
