Tobacco and related products: manufacture, presentation and sale

A directive on the manufacture, presentation and sale of tobacco and related products. Amendments address differences between Member States' laws affecting the internal market, maximum yields and emissions, characterising flavours such as menthol, health warnings and labelling, cross-border distance and internet sales, and illicit products; some give special attention to tobacco production in outermost and disadvantaged regions and to child labour in production.
