Summary
The dossier concerns promoting the European cultural and creative sectors as sources of economic growth and jobs. Amendments revise recitals and paragraphs on the role of cultural and creative industries in growth, jobs, innovation and social and territorial cohesion, their local and regional rooting through clusters and platforms, SMEs' access to funding, the use of ESF and ERDF funding, the contribution to cultural heritage and tourism, and creativity through education.
