Summary
This dossier concerns new psychoactive substances. The amendments address divergent Member State restriction measures, the free movement of these substances for commercial, industrial and scientific research use, risk assessment of their health, social and safety risks, classification by risk level, the role of the EMCDDA and Europol, urgent action through implementing acts in cases of fatalities or severe health consequences, sanctions, and educational and awareness-raising activities.
