Summary
A legislative proposal on the Common Fisheries Policy landing obligation, amending several Council technical-measures and control regulations. Amendments adapt provisions to phase in the progressive elimination of discards, define 'unintended catches', adjust mesh sizes, area closures (queen scallop, juvenile haddock) and catch-composition rules, and provide derogations linked to the landing obligation under Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013.
