Summary

The dossier amends the EP Rules of Procedure, Rule 116 and Annex II, on Question Time. Amendments set Question Time with the Commission at each part-session on a horizontal theme decided by the Conference of Presidents, a ballot system and speaking times, and govern questions for written answer to the European Council, Council, Commission, High Representative and European Central Bank, with monthly limits, six-week deadlines, and admissibility criteria.
