Summary
This own-initiative report concerns the financial participation of employees in companies' proceeds. Amendments address voluntary schemes such as profit-sharing, share capital subscriptions, debt securities and employee stock ownership plans, tax incentives and avoiding double taxation, an optional EU framework or '29th regime', the position of SMEs, and that this area remains a Member State rather than EU competence.
