Summary
The dossier concerns new technologies and open educational resources. Amendments highlight the need to update knowledge and skills and tackle the skills gap and youth unemployment, digital skills, broadband and ICT investment, and the potential of open educational resources (OER) to widen access to and equity in education, calling on educational institutions to integrate them and on the Commission to assess their impact on learners.
