Summary
This dossier concerns copyright in the digital single market. The amendments revise recitals on rightholders and users, exceptions and limitations for research, education and preservation of cultural heritage, a mandatory exception for text and data mining, and the obligations of information society service providers storing and giving public access to uploaded copyright-protected works.
