Promotion of clean road transport vehicles in support of low-emission mobility

This dossier is a directive on promoting clean road transport vehicles in support of low-emission mobility. Amendments set minimum public-procurement targets for low- and zero-emission vehicles to cut CO2 and pollutant emissions, debate scope (leasing, rental, public transport and coach services), charging infrastructure and electric-vehicle batteries, and reference the existing Clean Vehicles Directive and EU public-procurement rules.
