This report concerns the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (PDCA) between the European Union and Cuba. The amendments address historical, economic and cultural ties, democracy, the rule of law and human rights, the EU-Cuba human rights dialogue, the role of civil society and the peaceful opposition, the 1996 Common Position, and the Agreement's chapters on political dialogue, cooperation and trade.
