Own-initiative report on public access to documents, annual report for 2016-2018. Amendments stress institutions' obligations under Article 15(3) TFEU and Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, call for transparency of Council legislative work, trilogue documents and international agreement negotiations, a single interinstitutional database and a mandatory Transparency Register, and cite the De Capitani case and the Court of Justice.
