Capacity of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency to act as Performance Review Body of the Single European Sky

This dossier concerns the capacity of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency to act as Performance Review Body of the Single European Sky. The amendments, many of which delete provisions, address the independence of a Regulatory Board for Performance Review and a Director for Performance Review, cooperation among national supervisory authorities, the separate accounting and financing of performance review by designated air traffic service providers, the Chicago Convention, climate and environmental performance, and fines and penalties.
