An intellectual property action plan to support the EU’s recovery and resilience
This own-initiative dossier concerns an intellectual property action plan to support the EU's recovery and resilience. The amendments address harmonising IP legislation and enforcement, IPR registration access for SMEs and micro-enterprises, counterfeiting and piracy, and a unitary patent system and SPC. Some support stronger IPR protection while others warn against upload filtering and offensive IPR strategies, raising COVID-19 and the digital single market.
