Recommendations on the negotiations for a cooperation agreement between the European Union and the International Criminal Police Organization (ICPO-INTERPOL)
This own-initiative report makes recommendations on the negotiations for a cooperation agreement between the EU and INTERPOL. The amendments emphasise law enforcement and judicial cooperation against terrorism and organised crime, access to Interpol's databases, the processing and protection of personal data and fundamental rights, the roles of Europol and other EU agencies, and the EU's role as a donor to Interpol.
