Summary
This dossier concerns the 'Citizens for Europe' 2007-2013 programme on active European citizenship and the Commission's implementing powers. The amendments replace the advisory procedure with an obligation on the Commission to inform the European Parliament and the relevant Committee without delay of selection decisions, in order to implement selection decisions more quickly and efficiently.
