Summary
A legislative proposal on the dissemination of Earth observation satellite data for commercial purposes. Amendments address the internal market for high-resolution satellite data and derived products and services, a definition of high-resolution data, screening and authorisation procedures by Member State public entities, refusal or restriction of sensitive dissemination, protection of personal data and fundamental rights, low administrative burdens for SMEs and start-ups, joint procedures, and delegated acts.
