Summary
The dossier concerns cross-border portability of online content services in the internal market. The amendments address subscribers temporarily present in another Member State accessing content such as music, games, films or sporting events, the licensing of copyright and related rights, verification of the subscriber's Member State of residence, treatment of services provided with or without payment, and the role of telecommunications infrastructure and minimum download speeds.
