Own-initiative report on implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in the EU institutional framework. The amendments emphasise the Charter's social provisions, the obligation of EU institutions, bodies and agencies to comply with the Charter, the European Pillar of Social Rights, the role of the Fundamental Rights Agency, and Member States' obligations under instruments such as the Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance.
