Summary

A resolution on the adequacy of the protection afforded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Amendments recall the Schrems I judgment and CJEU case-law, debate the US Executive Order's limits on signals intelligence and its principles of necessity and proportionality, criticise the continued bulk collection of data including the content of communications, and cite EDPB concerns over remedies and safeguards.
